Most people believe it the Real Estate Agent who has to build Trust with Customers/Clients . The Truth is Both Clients/Customers and Real Estate Agent need to Build Trust with each other
Honestly is the most important Trust Building Value That Customer and Agent can share .
Look at each other as Best Friends who are working to a common goal . I have seen Agents not trust their clients calling them liars and I also see it from Clients say my agent is liar .
From the Start Believe in each other Honestly . If it changes one of the parties doesn’t trust each Like my Past Manager would Say Divorce It . WALK away and Find other Agent or Clients
